One World 2006

In the summer of 2006, The Mary Baker Eddy Library launched a new FREE program for children called One World.

One World is an enriching program of activities that provides a place for children to explore art and culture through crafts, storytelling, face painting, and more as they engage with their global family.

As part of the One World program, the Library offered participants FREE admission to the world-famous Mapparium®, the stunning 30-foot painted glass globe room that gives visitors an entirely new view of the world.

Children’s books were donated by Houghton Mifflin Company, Hachette Book Group USA, and Rand McNally.
