During the Library's annual summer enrichment program, "One World," children ages 4-10 were invited to enjoy free admission to all of our exhibits, including the world-famous Mapparium.
"One World" is a summer program that introduces culture and arts to the children of Boston. Each year includes a variety of activities including sing-alongs, multicultural performances, floor murals and art projects designed to connect children to the Library’s historical collection. And as always there was face painting and a free book giveaway!
Each week featured a different musical performance and craft activity.
"One World" was held 10 a.m. to noon, on the following Tuesdays: July 5, July 12, July 19, July 26, August 2, and August 9.
