Depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, les biographes citent un certain nombre de ces lettres, les repla\u00e7ant dans un contexte historique qui nous permet de mieux comprendre l\u2019histoire de l\u2019Eglise du Christ, Scientiste, \u00e0 ses d\u00e9buts. Les lettres rendues publiques sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme ne rev\u00eatant plus de caract\u00e8re confidentiel. Quelques lettres, toujours consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme confidentielles, demeurent inaccessibles au public.
