Holiday Gift Drive

2016 Charity Drive at The Mary Baker Eddy Library

Now through the end of the year

Every holiday season we recognize Mary Baker Eddy’s legacy of care for the community. We’re collecting items on behalf of selected Boston area charitable organizations that support individuals in need. Eddy often donated to local children’s organizations and businesses. This year the Library, alongside The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and The Mother Church Sunday School, will collect new items for five impactful groups:

Casa Myrna

Casa Myrna delivers solutions to end domestic violence. The organization primarily serves young, low-income, minority women living in greater Boston. Over three-quarters of the women in their residential programs care for children, mostly six years old or younger. CM is looking for donations of new, unused items to replenish stocks of basic household goods, as well as school items for children of all ages. CLICK HERE TO DONATE
