Directions & parking

The Mary Baker Eddy Library is located at 200 Massachusetts Avenue, between Huntington Avenue and Boylston Street.

Housed on the Christian Science Plaza in Boston’s historic Back Bay, the Library is approximately one block north of Symphony Hall, one block south of Berklee College of Music, and two blocks west of the Prudential Center.

Parking during construction

At this time parking in the Christian Science Plaza garage is restricted to attendees at church services and those holding monthly passes. Paid public parking garages are available in the Prudential Center and on Westland Avenue near Symphony Hall. There is also limited street parking in the area.

Parking

Once construction is finished, limited $16 parking will be available to Library visitors with validated tickets for up to 19 hours, after which standard rates will apply. Please validate your parking ticket at the reception desk before you exit the Library. The entrance to the underground parking lot is near the intersection of Huntington and Massachusetts Avenues, next to Horticultural Hall.

Free three-hour bus parking is available on Huntington Avenue, Westbound, adjacent to the Christian Science Plaza. Drop off at Library entrance. Please do not idle buses on Huntington Avenue.
