Episode 17 podcast guest, Liz KinekeLiz Kineke joined the “Religion & Culture” series in 2005, as a producer and writer. “The God Squad”—as it is affectionately known within CBS—has been part of the network since 1948. During her tenure Kineke has created dozens of programs on faith and religion, as they relate to everything from criminal justice reform to cultural heritage. In 2013 she interviewed Library staff for an episode titled “World Religions: Tibetan Buddhism, Christian Science, and Jainism.” The show examines the history and beliefs of these three faiths as examples of America’s increasing religious diversity.
